MR SEAN HENG – Principal
Sean obtained his Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of East London and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Tasmania. He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in Australia and was also admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in Malaysia. He has been practising law since 1996.
Sean advises on all areas of Property and Commercial law matters. He has extensive experience of all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions. He advises property developers and owners on acquisitions, development, disposals and leasing of residential and commercial properties. He also advises clients on commercial contracts, joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals of businesses and companies.

TERESA NGOOI – Senior Associate
Teresa holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (Honours) from the University of West of England Bristol, England. She is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and Queensland. She was also admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in Malaysia. Teresa advises on all areas of Property, Commercial and Immigration law matters.
